Monson Building

760 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT

This stately 25,000 square foot, four story brick building is located in the heart of New Haven's original Ninth Square mercantile district, and was first built to house the Charles Monson Company. Over the past 75 years, it's retail history shows the ebbs and flows of retail demand along the Chapel Street corridor.
